As long as you haven’t activated the license and you notify us within 14 days, we’ll refund your money!
Send us an email at info@licenloop.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Our technical team will then verify that the license hasn’t been used. If everything is in order, you’ll receive your refund within two business days.
You have 1 month to activate the software package. After that, the right of withdrawal expires.
In case of a crash, formatting of the PC, or deletion of the software, there’s a chance the license may be lost. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement in such cases.
