When will I receive my license key?
License keys are delivered instantly to your email after payment. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
What if I don’t receive the email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact our support with your order number.
Can I get a refund if the license doesn’t work?
Yes. If the issue is on our side and cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer support with installation?
Absolutely. We guide you through the entire process until your software is activated and working properly.
Windows Licenses
What should I do if the license says it has been used too many times?
Take a screenshot of the message and send it along with your order number to our support team.
My key doesn’t work. What now?
Please make sure you’ve installed the correct version of Windows. If you're unsure, contact us with a screenshot and your order number.
Can I reinstall Windows and use the same key again?
Retail keys can often be reused on the same device. OEM keys are tied to one device only.
How many PCs are Office licenses valid for?
Windows licenses can be activated on 1 PC.
Can I put Windows on a DVD or USB stick after downloading it?
Absolutely. You can download the software by following our instructions: Click here. After that, you can choose how you want to install it.
Microsoft Office
I bought the wrong Office version. What can I do?
Contact us via email to request an exchange or refund. We’re happy to help.
The Office installation shows a disk image file. What should I do?
Right-click on the disk image file and select “Open with” -> “Windows Explorer”. This should start the installation process.
Is the license permanent or subscription-based?
The license is permanent, unless you'll reset your PC.
